My CC blog

Colt The name Colt is the English vocabulary word for a young male horse under the age of four.


A  mantel shelf is a shelf that is on top of a fireplace.


Bluff can mean a high  round topped cliff.


A willow-bough broom is a broom made out of grass or flax.


Whicker can mean a soft winny breath of a horse.

A haunch is a buttock and thigh considered together, in a human or animal.


A sapling is a very small tree.

A quilt is like a small blanket made in sewing.


A picket rope is a  long rope with a peg at the end.

Minnows are small fish you found in a river.


The colt was eating grass on it picket lines with a sapling nearby.
This term we have been doing chapter chat our book is Little House on the Prairie.this is my CC for this week hope you like it i think it is a over flowing box of chocolates
